Roles:

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment, with a focus on sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in IT roles across the United States. 
• The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and deliver high-quality candidates in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify and attract top IT talent.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions.
• Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate technical assessments and interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, create job descriptions, and define the recruitment process.
• Provide regular updates on the status of the recruitment process to stakeholders.
• Negotiate offers with candidates, ensuring alignment with company policies and market conditions.

Requirements:

• Experience working with recruitment agencies or staffing firms.
• Knowledge of US employment laws and regulations.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
